Well, at first guess I would have said Alaska. But, after thinking about it, it would make no sense. I do not think there are any penguins in Alaska. The only place I can actually think of that would have polar bears and penguins would be a zoo. So, I would look into cities with big zoos somewhere on the west coast. California would be my first choice.

Polar bears? Penguins ? Snow ?

Sounds like a northern state for me.
Listen he/she could be tricking you, because the polar bears, and penguins might come from the ZOO.
But, since it's 2-3 hours behind central time zone, I would have to say it's ALASKA!

WOW ! IT IS ALASKA .

Good luck :), and I suggest you visit him in the summer.
Summer in Alaska is amazing.

I would imagine He is at the San Diego zoo because there isn't a natural region where you will find penguins (south pole) and Polar bears (North pole) together.

Are you freaking kidding me? He must not want you to find him because polar bears and penguins do not even exist on the same continent. Get a clue!

Penguins and polar bears do not co-exist. The birds pick on the bears horribly.
