I know that Cuba and the United States has not, seen eye to eye for many years,it's just that I have read many interesting things about Cuba.I know that it is a communist country, and many things can happen in a nation where the majority of people are Mulatto, which
makes it interesting.Color in countries like Cuba,Santo Domingo(now Dominican Republic)and Puerto Rico does not really matter, political status matters more to these people, rather than ethnicity/race.People in Cuba are use to mixing with in the races for centuries, which is something America is just starting to get use to.

I have Spinal Arthritis, that is why I like to go some place warm during the Canadian winter. Do all major hotels provide massage therapy, and what can I expect to pay for it? Thank you

I know the Dominican Republic's currency is in Pesos, is it better to exchange in Canada for DR Pesos, as I know hotels usually charge more? What is considered a reasonable tip, for dinner, as we are going to an all inclusive resort? If one gives a gift such as toys, for children, is this considered out of place, or impolite to do? Thank you

My husband and I will be traveling to St. Thomas from Alabama then boarding a chartered boat and sailing into the British Virgin Islands to scatter his mother's ashes atop a small mountain on one of the British Virgin Islands (a place he and his mother had visited in the past). Once we board the charter boat in St. Thomas we will have to go through customs before the boat sails from the US Virgin Islands into the British Virgin Islands. We need to know what, if any laws there are pertaining to the transport and scattering of her ashes. Will we need any paperwork, permits, etc... to get her ashes from Mobile, Alabama to St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands? Will we need any paperwork, permits, etc... to get past customs in the British Virgin Islands? And finally, will we need permission, paperwork, permits, etc... pertaining to the actual act of scattering them in the British Virgin Islands? Any help on this is much appreciated.

I was born in Barbados and was brought here as a child by my dad and at the age of 18 I went back for a vacation and since then have been feeling like I'm home sick or something. All I think about is Barbados. All my family in Canada says that I should stay here and save money and go down there later on in life but I'm not happy here. I have a son ( I also have full custody) and I have just gotten married to a man from Grenada (who also believes we should stay in Toronto to save up money as well). Everyone is saying that it is too expensive to live there and that there are not enogh jobs and I may not like it and have to come back. I only worry that my three year old son will feel the same resentment I felt for my father for taking me away from my country. So what should I do? I spend nights crying feeling like I want to go home. Will I get over this? When will the crying stop? If I go for another vacation I won't come back cause that is what almost happened last time.
