St. Croix is more of a family oriented island, where as St. Thomas is more of a clubbing and shopping atmosphere.
There is alot of fun things such as horseback riding through the rainforest, visiting the Cruzan Rum distillery, Lots of great shopping and food. Carnival (this month, if it's still the same)
Great beaches, snorkeling, glass bottom boats (breathtaking views of underwater life), scuba diving, parasailing, the list goes on and on.
Have a great time!
P.S. whatever Bella was talking about, "Reverse racism, or racism of any type is virtually nonexistent. I am very white, and lived on the island for 5 years (amongst locals), worked minimum wage jobs, shopped with locals, rode taxis with locals, etc, never had a problem!
She probably just has a very negative attitude!

It's a great island with lots to do but for me the best thing is the relaxing. The main town, Christianstead, has shops and restaurants which are nice. --not fancy or huge choices, but attractive and decent places. That town also has a fort which you can visit. Just out in the bay is Hotel on the Key. They have a lovely beach and there is great snorkelling just off that island. The island is so small that it's possible to swim all the way around it. You'll see great stuff even if you stay by the shore. Hotel on the Key also has some music and entertainment shows on certain evenings. You can see traditional dancing, etc.
Around the island there are other attractions. There is a woodcarver you can visit. Also there is a rum factory where you can get a tour and free samples. There is another fort at the far end from Christianstead and more good snorkelling on that end as well. You can also book snorkelling trips to Bucks Island--very good experience. All around the island there are remote and hard to reach little beaches where you might find yourself the only one there. Great for relaxing or looking for shells.

Just came back last week, I've been there 5 times this year and loved it! Weather is great and the best thing I liked was the beaches and the little bars on them. It's not a fast busy island witch makes it great place to relax and unwind, Christiansted and east to point udell and buck island I found to be great points of interest and go the other direction you've got Carombola Resort that has a great surf and the good thing about the islands is your allowed to go on just about ALL beach area meaning even if your not checked in you are still allowed to use, loved st. croix.

those 3 islands all have plenty to furnish and astounding seashores! I even have been there many situations. in case you start up in St.Thomas, there is an low-fee ferry you are able to take over to St. John to pass to its international-type seashores. i'm unsure if there's a ferry to St. Croix, even nevertheless. If no longer, there are probable low-fee island-hopping flights. St.Thomas has many beautiful shops, astounding people, and is a great cultural city basic. i might exceptionally reccomend it rather is aquarium- that's deffinetely properly worth it to pass! The national park is easily beautiful! regardless of the environmental issues, it rather is been stored ok. the city of Charlotte Amalie is astounding. St. John has the somewhat some maximum astounding seashores in the international. while you're searching for for the commonest coastline, chosen Trunk Bay. while you're searching for for an the two beautiful yet much less-busy and not-overcrowded coastline, attempt between the various different seashores that this island has to furnish. In end- My terrific recomendation for you is to stay to tell the story St.Thomas and visit St. John by potential of way of the ferry as oftentimes as you want. i'm hoping my answer replaced into effectual to you!

My goodness! Everything! Or I should say ''everyting Mon!''
You can go to the Town of Christiansted, that's where the fun is.
There's ''Hotel On The Key'', they have great bands, food, dancing, what ever you like. There's a place called ''Tourists Town'' just ask the locals. Visit ''Sunny Isle Shopping Plaza'' if you want to blend in, lol. You can go on ''The Wharf'' at night or as they say-down Town, the view is amazing! Beaches, there's so much. Have a great time!

I'd go to St. Thomas, not St. Croix. St. Thomas is has a lot more to do. And from St. THomas you can ferry to St. John.

Get harrassed. I hated this island and I will NEVER go back! They have reverse racial discrimination. I would personally choose out of the 3 islands, St. John. Much nicer and cleaner, too.
Good luck!
