We need a full boycott to Thailand, the people there beat, rape, sell and abuse the refugees from Laos, Vietnam and other countries. They do the sickest things to them right in public view. I would say that the Thai people are the crueless people in the world. Old Thai men have made a tradition of raping the refugee children on public transportation for the fun of destroying the childs life. Thais ( especialy the Muslims ) are the most racest people I have ever met. I call out to all those who wish to trvel to asia to Boycott Thailand and go to Vietnam or another country in the area. There is simular abuse from the Chinese in the Philippines, it is truly sick the child sex trade there is ran by the Chinese and the muslims. They run the drug trafficing there and sell to little kids in the street. The police in both these countries are 99% corruped and that will never change. If a non- profit sends clothing there it is taken by customs and sold for there own profit. Email there Embassies.

I was in Bangkok recently, and at my hotel there was a big sign saying "No Sex Tourists". This is important because Bangkok has a lot of sex tourists, and most of the hotels look the other way. But not my hotel. They were adamently against the whole idea of prostitution in Bangkok, and the sign explained why in a long list of reasons.

I found one of the reasons very surprising. It said that it is morally reprehensible for westerners to come to Thailand in order to buy sex, given that foreign exchange rates are favorable to westerners, and as a result it is much cheaper to buy sex in Thailand than in their home countries.

Clearly, one can find many legitimate reasons to argue against prostitution. But is this one of them?
It strikes me that westerners in Thailand are not just benefiting from the ForEx rates for buying sex. They are benefiting every time they spend money in Thailand, whether its for food or hotel or anything else. Is that morally wrong? Are they "taking advantage"?

I will be taking a week's holiday in Thailand, going to Phi Phi. I was hoping I could draw from other tourists or travellers' experiences.

- Where on Phi Phi did you stay?
- Which were some of the best bungalows central on the island, or which would you reccomend?
- Which activities did you do? Snorkelling? Boat trips? The kayaking?
- Could you describe your experiences and share about your trip?

Thanks in advance.
