Beer and Blow can have several meanings.
If you mean beer and *******, go to any bar named "Hands Free Bar"
If you mean beer and gunja, be careful, but go to any beer bar and simply ask a girl.
But be careful, possesion of cannibis can get you a long stay in jail in Thailand and many bar girls work with the cops, sell you dope then dobb you in to the cops and do it all again.
