i`m a 34year old woman who recently went to pattaya with my brother+15yr old daughter. it`s amazing and the folk are magic..my dad stays out there all the time. i`m going back next year. a holiday is about what you make it + if you don`t want it to be all about sex it doesn`t have t be..say hi to dave+phun at dave`s bar in soi 3 for me xx

Dee i disagree with your answer. i have been to pattaya before (not for self) and there are alot of bars and prostitution, but alot of the girls there have no choice due to economic situation. same here in the US, alot of women will prostitute if they have no other choice or they are forced into prostitution. prostitution can also be caused by human trafficking. i myself would like to see the sex industry eliminated in thailand. but until the women prostituting can find better jobs with better pay then they are stuck in prostitution. i have seen alot of other place in pattaya that looked normal same as bkk and other citiies just peoples homes.

Well I have a lot of friends who have been there who go for Prostitutes. I am sure it has it's charming points but I thought Koh Sumui was even a little much for me to handle. Also I know a girl who lived there for a few years and said that it is pretty much just for prostitution. Hell I even worked with a guy who bought a condo there just for the convience.

i went to phuket last year cos me mates dad lives over there
and i can honestly say that altho i had a real good laugh with the bar girls, bought them a few beers, i never took any of them home
the place is just mint, the people are so friendly and the food is outstanding

yea there are lots of prostitutes in Pattaya- - but not every thai girls it depends on which part of thailand u've been and what kinda thai girls u've met there --every place has the bad side and the good side tho
i know alot of thai and they're awesome and smart maybe 'coz of their status and education - -

thailand is all about depravity and illegal activity.....yuk...my husband went there before we met and he said the stuff going on there would make a whore blush...as a matter of fact, they all were.
