I didn't think so, but I checked out the airport website - they said they're okay for carry on. I guess I'm just asking if anyone has ever had them taken away at security.

We have a rental property in AZ and live in California.. I know that when you drive there, you can claim the miles and gas on your taxes.. But we would rather fly.. If so, can we include the expense of our plane tickets on our taxes under our investment property?

I bought plane tickets for my husband and I. They are confired etickets- and I checked in and printed boarding passes today (the flight is in the morning) and on the first flight (we had one layover) the boarding passes dont have seat #'s. It says to speak with the person at the gate. Does this mean we are likely to get bumped from the flight?

I am flying Qantas flight QF 10.
How long do we get in Singapore airport?
Do you have to change planes?
Do you have enough time for shopping?

went to JFK airport for an international flight to Iran stopping at amsterdam. when i got there i figured out that in addition to my american passport i need to carry my iranian one which i had left at home, so i postponed my flight to the next available one ( in 2 days) with a 200$ charge and returned home.
did i do the right thing? i could have gone to amsterdam and tell them that i lost my passport on the way, so at least they wouldnt charge me the extra 200$ and i guess it wouldnt take 2 days to wait. wouldnt that be a smarter idea?

And I don't mean the obvious answer of "near the emergency exits", I mean the safest area of the plane, if an emergency were to happen. Thanks!

I am terrified of flying. I am deciding if i want to go to new hampshire with my brother. I am 12 years old, my brother is 20 yrs old. And i REALLY REALLY wanted to go all year. I DONT want to chicken out. I am afraid that the plane will crash or that there will be a terrorist attack or something. Ever since 9/11 i have been scared of flying. If I do decide to go, it will be on jet blue for about 2-3 hours. It is a really small plane. 2 rows on the left and 2 rows on the right.
