i buy my tickets from cheaptickets also and just changed my flight, ill walk u through it, it does cost however and it will tell u how much depending on the price of the ticket ur switching it to....
*go to cheaptickets.com
*at the top in blue click on my trips,
*it will want u to put in the email address that u put down when u bought ur ticket and that password
*it will show u your reservation and then click on change/cancel ticket
*Airline fee of $100.00 USD
CheapTickets exchange fee of $50.00 USD
Additional airfare, if your new ticket costs more

I did that last month and they changed for me, I didn't loose anything but you can't do this online, you must talk to a living person, I had the number, I got it by calling 800-555-5555 and ask for Cheaptickets they'll give you the number and you call and solve your problem..âº

IF you've already brought the ticket
you probably need to call cheapticket (they use to have a #)
or call the airline you will be using
