I haven't flown in like 6 years, I have to pack for a flight anybody know the details of the new flight laws, ie if I pack my expensive hygeine products in my carryon security will throw them away, right.

So I'm looking for a quick rundown on the laws or a good link as google was not helpful.

Anyone used E Tickets with Continental airlines, between the uk and the usa? Anyone had any problems with them at all?

Never used E Tickets before, will they get swapped for normal tickets at check in or is it a matter of showing checkin my details and then thats it? Also on the return flight will i have to show them the check in details again?

I'm having a disagreement with my girlfriend. She and I both know that the trip by plane from New York to London takes less time than the return flight. I claim this is because of the jet stream, which pushes the plane to Europe faster. She claims it's the earth's rotation. Is she wrong?

Can I get ridiculous cheap airfare on Priceline if i book at the last minute or day before?

I have a date in mind, however I was told on my last flight by a flight attendant, if you know you are traveling on a certain date say for Instance Feb 19, go to Priceline on Feb 18 and the flight will be ridiculously cheap? Any truth to this? Any expereinces?
