Air Travel

I came back from Mexico last month and my skin was a mess by the time I got home, I drank lots of water on the plane and before I got on smothered myself in johnsons baby oil gel plus aquious cream ANd still my skin was really dry and flaky. I go to the Maldives next month and need to know what would keep my skin hydrated and smooth. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Hi guys! I have a massive fear of flying - i get on a plane and I am a mess, think it got like this after 9/11 cause I loved flying before hand. I know people say its the fear of dying not the fear of flying but i cant get it into my head. I also know that you have a hell of a lot more chance of being killed by a donkey... but still dont like it. Give me snakes and spiders anyday! Dont get me wrong I do fly and did a 6 glight trip in america last year, but i loose weight, dont eat and panic days before i fly. Any one with the same fear or have ideas of how to get over it, minus the hypnotherapy. THANKS

everytime I think that I am on an airplane taking off or flying i-dont-know-how-many-feet above the ground, makes me really really rEALLY scared :S what can i do to overcome this? Besides, i live on a small island... and I have to fly to another country in about a month and a half...

My travel agent has gotten me an itinery for leaving San antonio at 8:25 and landing in Detroit at 12:24. My connecting flight to Japan leaves at 1:05pm. Am I realistically going to make it?
Last year I went to Japan but via Dallas airport and i did not have to go through customs or anything. Just run to the terminal.
I worry about this.

I've only flown once and it was years ago. I will by taking my daughter on a plane in march (she will be a year old then), flying from Seattle, Wa to Des Moines, Ia. It's going to be an 8 hour trip. I was just wondering how much carry on I will be allowed for my daughter and myself? Like what size of bags? And how much baggage can you check, and how much does it cost to do that if you just have, say, one standard sized suitcase? Any extra info you can give me about what it's like to fly now would be helpful, or any tips about traveling with a baby! Also, are you allowed to bring food in your carry-on? Thanks! :)

I am thinking about applying to become a Flight Attendant...I hear it is harder than it seems...Does anyone know details regarding time on and time off? Like, are you allowed certain days off...from a 40hr week or something? Also, just looking to find the pros and cons of it all!

I have a friend who lives in Vietnam, but its hard for her to come to America just to visit becuase she has to go through all different kinds of things, like interviews and she pays money for this and if she doesnt pass she doesnt go. I was wondering if Its easier for her to fly to Puerto Rico instead of the US?
