For travel to Asia, Singapore Airlines. The service is superb even for those in economy/coach I've noticed. They try and keep to their schedules as much as possible.
For travel to Europe, Continental Airlines (but only because I travel in Business/First).
For travel within the US, Southwest Airlines beats even First Class in any airline for me. They've got a pretty good record in punctuality, the attendants are friendly, they also serve a little bit more than the token pretzels. Although I just can't get used to scrambling for my seat (no seat assignments).

As far as favourite airline, I would have to say Qantas. Their service is superb, the in flight entertainment is second to none, and their safety record is excellent.
However, I can't stand flying Southwest in the US. I feel like I'm on a school bus.
For airplane, I have to say the one I fly myself; The Learjet 60. It's performance (Especially in the climb) is stellar, and it's soooo much fun to fly.

Fave airline: Lufthansa, surprising provider and professionalism (a minimum of the in basic terms right time I flew them interior the 1990's). Cathay Pacific is the perfect I have flown those days. extensively utilized to love TWA till they went below. Fave airliner: Boeing 747. sturdy. Least fave airline: Air France.

For safety I would choose QANTAS it has the best safety record but I really like Singapore airlines and Malaysian airlines. In my experience in travel the very worst airline I was on was Air Egypt.

Air Canada. Even though they have been on the verge of going under for years, I still like them.
