I'm planning on flying home with my four month old daughter for Christmas and have a few questions. I've looked on the TSA website and it answered a few that I have, but not all of them.

1. Do I have to have my daughter in a carseat during the flight? If not and I have the carseat checked, is there anything special I need to do to have it checked (box it, etc)?
2. Any requirements to checking a stroller or Pack N Play?
3. Formula doesn't have the 3 ounce limit, but does it still have to be in the 1 quart bag going through security?
4. Are there baby changing stations on board?
5. Would I be seated first for "needing" extra time or assistance?
6. Should I bring her birth certificate to prove she's my daughter?
7. Will she be issued a ticket, or just me?

I'll probably think of more, but that's all I have for now. Thanks!

Me and my partner are just looking to book a holiday to florida with expedia and the connection flight on the way home only gives us 55 mins from landing in philadelphia (terminal a) to our next flight in Terminal B. Would this work or would we miss it?

I'm living in New York City and I'm flying out to Los Angeles to see my family for Thanksgiving. Now I have a bunch of young nieces and nephews (ages 6-14) and they are absolutely crazy over sweets. This is my first year in NYC, and so I wanted to bring them something sweet and New Yorkish. It hit me to buy two dozen Magnolia Bakery cupcakes.

Now the question: am I allowed to carry-on these cupcakes? I can't check them in or they will definately lose their shape and get messy. My best thought was to buy a bunch of plastic containers and put the cupcakes in it so that they're "sealed". Is this viable? Or should I rethink what to get my nieces/nephews and buy other sweets (any suggestions to this also?)?

My dad went on a international trip and his flight was delayed, giving him only a couple minutes to board on the other plane. If I call the airline can they tell me if he boarded. Does anyone know if they have that information or if its confidential or something. ??????

Can you combine air miles? Your parents and your into one ticket?

I know that some companies give 10,000 airmiles to sign up. Im wondering if me and my mom sign up seperately, we would both get 20,000 in total.

im going to japan next summer which is approx 15,000 air miles.

can we combine them somehow and use that?

I will need to buy a ticket to go from Fort Wayne Indiana to San Diego California to see my son graduate Marine boot camp. That will be about Jan. 18, 2008. When I look at cheaptickets.com, and put in when leaving and returning, does that price include both ways, or is it just one? Do they get more expensive the closer you get to the date? I've heard they do. Thanks for the help.

Hi,
I am arriving at JFK on 16th Nov night (9:40PM) by Delta Airlines.
My next flight from JFK on 17th Nov morning (10:40AM) by Emirates Airlines.
My whole trip is on a single ticket, as the airlines share a code.
Now, as my layover is about 13 hrs, can I do a through baggage checkin, so that I can go outside the airport lighter.
If yes, how should I confirm that they actually have taken care of my baggages for the onward journey.
If no, can I collect the baggage and again check them in 13 hrs before the Emirates flight departure.

Expecting a detailed answer.
Thanks
