I got selected for a bank in Duabai . The interview held in India from a Consultancy. But now they ask my original mark statement for visa processing. Please clarrify my doubt. Then they added they will give my mark statement only after my dubai arrrival

i have a visit visa for dubai,i would like to extend it for a another 30 days after my arrival .i realise that we need to travel with a return ticket.if i intend to extend my period of stay for another 30 days,should i travel with a return ticket booked for 60 days after my arrival or can i book a ticket for 90 days after my arrival without extending my visa.
