Im flying to Delhi soon by Indian Airlines. They have a business class lounge in Dubai Intl. I was wondering what could one do there and if they are free of charge.

All the business class lounges have some entry requirement. Most "BUsiness Class Lounges" requires that you have a boarding passs for a business class flight before they will allow you in.
Some lounges allow you in based on the credit card you use e.g. Diners Club card members can enter, Or Amex Gold and Black can enter etc.
A few lounges allow you to enter upon payment e.g. Luanda airport lounge (not bussiness class/EXECITIVA lounge) allows you entry upon payment of US$20.
The biggest benefit is:
Peace and quiet, comfortable chairs, clean toilets, airconditioning.
Most business class lounges also have the following: Internet Wi-Fi spots, free booze and cold drinks, free snadwiches and snacks, free peanuts, toast, rusks, coffee and tea and sometimes showers. It si worth it, it takes you away from public facilities that in many instances cannot cope with the number of people.

If u Are Travelling By IA Or Air India, The Business Class Lounge Is The Perfect Way To Unwind, They Have A Nice RElaxing Area (Quiet Room ) Where You Can Catch Up On Your Sleep, They Have Free Internet Access and an amazing Snak Bar, and Alchol Beverages on the house. All these facilities are FOC and are paid by the carrier.

It is free if you are flying business or first class, there is food, stuff to drink and the seats are very comfortable, there may be a TV there and I think when I was there, there was computers available to connect to the net. It is also quiet, you get away from the noise and hustle of the airport.

The main draw for me is that it's a nice quiet(er) place to get away from the hustle of the main terminal. Most lounges have refreshments and computers, some have entertainment, and a few even have showers.
It just makes flying less dreadful.
