Desalination! Its a process by which ,we take sea water and remove the salt and other impurities ,the result is pure crystal clear water.

Dubai Has A Big Desalination Plant Located On The Outskirts Of Al Aweer (Close To The Dragon Mart), Where Fresh Sea Water Is Desalinated & Made Fit For Human Consumption.

In the past Dubai used to get it's water from Al aweer or Al Hibab Oases, but now due to the increase in population Dubai Water & Electrcity Authority uses Desalination prosess to purify Sea water to be suitable for drinking

Well.. they are taking a water from Persian gulf... and it is not clean water... I was in Dubai and when you lick water you can feel a bit salt... I live in a country whit clean water for drinking it is Serbia!

Desalination from sea water, but whilst I was there I opted to drink bottled water, but then I do that everywhere I visit overseas.

sea water is distilled and processed as domestic water supply, which is drinking water, and even purified in home.
but most of the people use mineral water, sourced from MASSAFI, and many other natural springs from the rest of region. so as are the so many of the international mineral water bottled water available at every grocery.
