he wont be denied a visa to the UK and US for sure, because its more likely that if you find an embassy of the country in that specific country citizens would wouldnt be denied one.

Until And Unless The Person Has A Recent Police Record For Bad Conduct. He Will Not Be Denied A US/UK Visa.

no he will not be denied visa to the USA or Uk because he worked in Dubai, he maybe denied for other reasons.
