Whenever I serve the ball underhand, it goes onto the net. How can I get it over the net? Toss the ball, then hit? Before, I mastered the underhand serve, but now I can't do it anymore! Help please!! I'm trying out for the Volleyball team and its 2 days away! What can I do?

Every time I do something she doesn't like she calls me a smart- alec and tells my volleyball coach. Then I have to run suicides as punishment. Half the things she says I do aren't even true, but if I tell my coach that then I just have to run more. This teacher has never taught before and gave a student who wasn't even in her class detention for laughing! Somebody help me!

i have a right to be angry and pissed off.i go to practice everyday and try my best.i know i cant serve well but still she should put me in the game.today i had a game and my coach didnt let me play. we lost the game then she decided to play a game for fun. thats when she put me in.by that time i was furious and didnt want to play. so when she put me in the ball went under a table so i went to go get it and she took me out becuz i took to long getting the ball.thats a total lie because i was running.fumes were going out of my head but still i maintaned my cool.then when it was over she said that i didnt serve good that i wasnt paying attention.by that time i had a pissed off look on my face so she asked if i had a problem and i said no.but truly i felt like i wasnt good enough to be on the team that i shouldnt be wearing that uniform and just quit.if im wearing that uniform i better not be on the bench seeing everyone else play.maybe i dont have a right to be angry but i am is this ok?

um. is that even right? its elementary we should be having fun not worrying about whether we win or lose. I am about average. and she doesnt play me for four games straight. jsut had the 4th game 2nite. she didnt play me. or my friend. we think we are going to quit tomorrow. we added up our hours at practice and games and we spent about 2 days there wasting our time when we have homework and other things to do instead of sitting on a bench. also theres 3 games each nite, rally score. we were wayyy ahead in the 1st, she definetly had an oppurtunity to play us.

There are 3 middle hitters on our varsity team, one is a junior(all county that plays no matter what) and a senior who is just as good as me (a sophomore). she rolled her ankle in a pre season scrimmage and has been out..so I started our season opener +more. then she came back, and all of a sudden my play time is cut in half. its bullshit because I work terribly hard and ... im good!
I have the highest serving efficiency on our team and the second highest amt of solo blocks, I just dont understand...

I love playing volleyball. I mean, I did. This year, our first year on the JV team, isn't going that well. We've lost every game, but we really aren't a bad team! We are all good, we just can't seem to put it together in a game. The biggest problem? My team is divided. Badly. The starters are the "Popular" girls, who think they are better than everyone else, and they are extremely rude and annoying to everyone! It's horrible! I dread going to practice! And to make things worse, they get to play in the game all the time, and they have missed loads of practices. I've came to every single practice, even during the summer months, except recently. I was sick with a fever the past two practices, but that is it! I try really hard, and I am pretty good at passing. I need practice with serving, I just don't seem to get it. But what makes me angry is that my coach told me, "I see how hard you try. I know you work harder than the other girls." And I sit on the bench almost every game!! Help!
