im on 2nd stream a-team but i want to be on 1st string. to do that i have to make my serve better. how do i do it?

As the saying goes "practise makes Perfect!" keep practising and i am sure you will do well. I used to play volleyball in middle school...i used to have toruble with the serve my slef. i asked my coach and she gave me a way to practise and i tried that technique a lot. I could tell u but i cant explain in words and i would have to show. you. Just go to your coach and i am sure he/she will have good tips for u and tell you how u can improve it! Good Luck!

Over hand is always preferred, make sure you are under the ball, keep your feet straight
(if they are turned the ball will go in that direction) when you throw it up make sure there is a lot of height to it. And always focus on the ball! I hope this helps you!!!!! O and also practice practice practice! Good luck

throwing a softball gives u a nice arm swing for volleyball.
