I've been told on a 3 step approach, that you go left-right-left (which I do). But by others I've been told it's the opposite way. So, which is it? Which one is "goofy footed"?

My serves are strong and flat, but I can't seem to get them net flat. It's not like I have trouble getting it over, but would I have to sacrifice my consistency over flatness?

im a freshman and im on the junior varsity volleyball team, they treat me like im apart of the team but i just dont feel comftorble, i want to be with my friends on the freshman team, its to much presure for me, and yesturday the coach took me out of the game so today im not playing and thr is a football game too so should i go to my v-bal game or to the foot ball game

I'm thinking of doing JV volleyball next year. And I know its going to be so much tougher, what kinds of things should I do that would really help my stamina, and strength.

I will do my conditioning during the SUMMER.

This is what I was thinking of doing:
100-200 push-ups.. (start slowly and increase as the month or week progresses)
run a mile or half a mile
drink LOTS of water
work on my abs
do at least 500 sets a day
do about 500-1,000 bumps (i'm trying to be a libero for my team)
practice on my serves for about 15-30 minutes (i want to be able to jump serve)

IS THIS ALL TOO MUCH?? I NEED TIPS AND HELP THANKS

(i was thinking of doing this 5-7 times a week.)

i want to take vbal seriously because its the only sport i've rele been involved in.

well i am the captain of volleyball B team and my coaches asked if i wanted to move up to A team. Should i move up to A or should i stay on B team with my friends? Even though A team is better us B team members have more heart. So should i move up to a team with no passion for the sport but are still really good or should i stay on B team where we have heart and passion for the sport and may not be better than A but we still have won more games....lol........... what do i do?

Does anyone know specific volleyball drills for passing (bumping), setting, spiking, and serving? Please don't just give me a web site.

Also, please give me exercises that require nets and don't require nets, and exercises that can be done individually or as a group. In other words, give me a wide range of exercises.
