i am a great volleyball player but there one thing wrong i cant serve over handed i can serve under handed perfect its just when i serve over handed i cant get enough force in my arm to get it over i need some tips any1 up for it?

ok so me and my friend signed to play volleyball in our school. i like it, but it is first time that im going to play in a team. and there is one more problem. we will have practises after school and at lunch which is fine with me. but the worst part is we are going to have practises 7 am morning.

and now i dont know what i should do. what do you think? would you go or just forget about it?

I've played 2 years of volleyball in middle school. Now I'm a sophmore in high school. I didn't try out this year or last year because I didn't know when was the tryouts. When I was a freshman, the tryouts were the first day and no freshmen knew about it and there were hardly no freshmen on the team. I didn't try out this year because it was over the summer and I had a summer job, so I also missed out on that opportunity. What I'm afraid is that if I tried out next year I wouldn't make it because I'm going to be a junior and varsity consists of juniors but I don't think I'm good for varsity and I don't know when the tryouts are. so i probably have to ask the coach when it is. should i step up to the plate with what i got or join a rec and improve my skills before next year arrives?

My friends and I are playing on a JO volleyball team. JO is Junior Olympic Volleyball. It is sort of like AAU volleyball but a bit better. We just started and we need a team name. We live in Stanly County. And it would be okay if it had Stanly in it. For the love of God, I or my team members, cannot think of a good, decent volleyball name!! Could somone please help me by coming up with a great volleyball team name? Thanks!!!

My Phys.Ed teacher wants me to try out for the volleyball team,because she saw me playing outside,at recess and she thought I was really good.
The date of the try outs havent been announced,but I need help-i have really bad serves. They always go in the wrong direction,and they are very low,and weak.
Can anyone give me advice on how to make it better??
i have a volleyball at home,so i can practice...
