you play with spandex because it gives you support, but it is also more comfortable, just please dont abuse it because girls on my team always made fun of the girls on the other team about how they would wear it way to high, and the guys would be like CAMEL TOE but the spandex is best!

shorts with spandex under them.........so if you fall over you wont moon the crowd.

Spandex are worn by most volleyball players, but regular short-shorts will work as well.

You wear spandex because they are more comfortable. I play volleyball in highschool and they reccomend the spandex

Spandex, baby! it is definately easier to play and move in because it isn't loose. It's pretty much the volleyball fashion anyway. :-)

Spandex, every team wear im from on game day thats what we wear they are easyer to wear when diving and to move around in

Spandex... you can move around a lot easier than in other shorts.

i play volleyball...so i would have to say spandex shorts...but if your a guy.... basketball shorts will do fine : )
