When the ball's on your side, don't let it hit the ground and when you hit it to the other side, hit it hard and make sure it goes inbounds where no one on the other team is able to return it. That's about it.

well u could practice like every one else..
and u could learn how to do stuff u dont know how to do
i wanted to play volleyball but before i could i had to play at school in gym and now in gym i am one of the best players

you can be a good volleyball player if you can serve over hand, spike and bump. If you can not do these things i would work on it. b/c in volley ball you dont just have one position. to learn more there are probably camps in your area.!!!
