I can do everything really great except for overhead serving and i need the serve to make the A-team again this year!
Ps- i would die if i didnt make the A-Team

ask the coach if he will help u learn it b4 tryouts..............or else just make sure u thro straight up not back ward and swing at it high not level with all ur power hope u make it!!!

Make sure when u serve that your wrist is locked i guess is a way to put because if your wrist is floppy u won't have that much power. And make sure that u hit the top of the ball. Just remember toss, step and drag. Hope this helps!

make sure when you pull your elbow back that your open hand is next to your ear and be sure that you follow through. At the end of the your serve your serving hand should end by your hip on that same side of your body.

u know how ur supposed to rock, like say u were right handed, ur left foot is in front, and ur right foot stays in back?? well i can't serve that way...i have to step with my right foot...hope this helps!!

its easy just practice with a friend i would show u but i dont know where u are and who u are sorry i cant explain it i would have to show u
