I want to tie up my weaknesses in tennis.

First of all, my serve is moderately powerful, not like a Venus Williams super serve.
How could I improve the speed and strength of my serves?

Second, ACCURACY! I know I should be very consistent in strokes, but I can't find a way to concentrate!
How could I concentrate? Focus on something that inspires me?

I sometimes get 30% afraid of a fast FAST ball coming right towards me!
Sometimes I'm too slow to dodge or volley it and it hurts!
What do I do?!

And.... how do I return those kinds of Venus Williams super serves?
I cannot return them, they're too fast and strong for me.. =/

That's all.
Much ♥ for answering. =]

His surname begins with B and he's the really awesome guy to watch.
For example, he will go to do a massive serve but then flick his racket underneath and knock in it underarm. And once when he was playing in the Royal Albert Hall he hit a tennis ball up to the ceiling and began playing a point then caught the ball in his pocket during the rally.
Such a great player to watch but I can't remember his name! I'd greatly appreciate anyone who can tell me.

I have been playing tennis for exactly 1 year and 1 month. I have improved very very fast, and now I play for my college team. I would love to go pro in about 2 more years. What are my chances, and what steps would i need to take to get there? I just turned 20 in July.

Serena and Myskina both posted 'not-so-remarkable' season this year. Serena skipped most of the year, and only managed to reach the 4th round of US Open while Myskina ended up 'useless' after reaching the final of Eastbourne and quarterfinal of Wimbledon. Which one will make significant progress next year?

Physically, she is a Giant at 6 3" to be considerd a girl or a beauty. Has evil looking eyes. Her horrible scream is the loudest in the history of women tennis. Has only one game plan..Hit the Ball Hard. Arrogant and doesn't respect or talk to other players. Always brag about herself in the Press of how big & strong she is & could beat all the other players. Only female players that comes with all that kitchy stuff that shows what a low class she is, with her name on her shoes, golden shoe laces, golden cell phone custom made for her & want the whole world to see it. Look, she came from the Getto of Siberia & i would think she should be more humble, but she & her mentally disturbed father still carry the getto mentality. My friends all agree in their opinion about her.
