I want to tie up my weaknesses in tennis.

First of all, my serve is moderately powerful, not like a Venus Williams super serve.
How could I improve the speed and strength of my serves?

Second, ACCURACY! I know I should be very consistent in strokes, but I can't find a way to concentrate!
How could I concentrate? Focus on something that inspires me?

I sometimes get 30% afraid of a fast FAST ball coming right towards me!
Sometimes I'm too slow to dodge or volley it and it hurts!
What do I do?!

And.... how do I return those kinds of Venus Williams super serves?
I cannot return them, they're too fast and strong for me.. =/

That's all.
Much ♥ for answering. =]

In my case the best way to get a powerful serve is workout and get stronger. (it works for me =)

and also the main thing is to get as much Racquet head speed as possible, by swinging fast.

A great way to consentrate is to look at the contact point of the ball and the racquet, try not to look at anything else when you play.

When a fast ball comes at you just go for the ball, be agressive!

Finally, if theres nothing you can do with a fast serve just use back spin or a drop shot, ooor just block it if thats all you can do.

I was pushed into tennis. I have a like-hate relationship with it. As for tips. Footwork footwork footwork. Beyond that though, one of the main ways to improve footwork is conditioning. You should be running everyday at an uncomfortable pace for at least 10 minutes. 100 lunges each day and other stuff like that - classics. On a more strategic level, hit high to backhand side, always lob crosscourt when you're majorly on the run. Arm strengthening can come from pullups and stuff like that. Chest is very important so do a lot of pushups even if you hate them. Work your shoulders as well. A lot of exercises like that are hard to describe so either get a trainer or try finding stuff like that online

With your serve the best way to get the power that you are looking for is to focus on your toss and make sure that you follow through. People tend to stop there swing after they hit the ball but you will get alot more control and accuracy if you finish your swing. And remeber when you hit a serve you want your momentum moving forward.

Accuracy just takes practice...make sure that you are finishing your swings and good accuracy also comes with good foot movement. So move your feet and get set for the ball and keep your eye on the ball. I had a coach tell me to watch the ball hit the strings everytime, so try that.

If a fast ball is hit to you, don't get scared just stick out your racket and be like a wall. Theres no need for any kind of swing just block it and keep your wrist stiff and you just by doing that you will use the other persons power against them.

Same thing with the super serve, theres no need to swing. Just block it back and it will go back to the server just as fast. And try not to back up. I know it is hard not to but get into the habit of moving forward everytime you hit.

I hope I answered most of your questions!

I was ranked in the nation last year in 18 and under...so i am used to very fast serves and very good players.

Stand about 5 feel from the baseline on your opponents first serves. Try on focusing on returning it and not take too much of a big swing.

Your accuracy will come with practice.

First serves will go faster if you hit it straight. Mix it up with the curve ones. With today's racquets you can find one that sling your serves with extra zip.

Wow you have a laundry list. Shorten your back swing on the return, and move your feet so you do not get pegged . Hit a million serves to serve like Venus. Focus on the score so you stop losing concentration,

throw the ball a little forward and hit it as hard as u can on a first serve. it will improve speed AND strength.

concentrate on where u want to HIT the ball.

put your racket out in front of you and just hit the ball onto the other side.

try slicing the ball or just tapping it. just make contact. dont try to hit it hard, u will just hurt yourself.

hope i helped!!
