I live in Nj and just aquired my permit to purchase, one for shotgun and one for pistol. My question is I want to hunt for deer, turkey, pheasant, And some small game.My dilema is that I don't want to own ten different guns. What would be my best all around choice? I can live with a slug gun and maybe one other gun.I have spoke to many dealers and friends alike and they kinda confuse me with al this interchangeable barrels and all that good stuff.I would love to just write down the name too two guns and go and buy them and start my practice.Any information will be put to good use.I think I just needed to get a broader opinion about this dilema thank you to all who respond.....

I want to start reloading 38 special and 357 magnum and don't want to go the Lee Loader & hammer route. The Lee Anniversary kit looks good. I can get that system and a set of dies for ~$100 USD. Is that a good option? Any others? This is for a lever action rifle chambered for 38/357. All serious answers are appreciated. Thanks!

I'm going to take my dad on a hunt. Last year we went to Wyomiming for antelope and muley (taggeg out)!. However, this year we want another trip. I'm going to team up with a frien and his pop.

we woud like to do a self-hunt that is relatively easy. Our Dads are getting older (late 60's) and the big hunts are a little tough on them. We all loved killing the antelope, but i'm looking for ideas on what else we can hunt. Also, where can we go to make it relatively easy for them? We are all from Michigan so any place that resembles a Michigan hunt would be about right - but we want to take some other big game other than white tail.

thanks in advance - Happy New year! All suggestions welcome!
