You answered this question a week ago or so, but I forgot to write down your specific answer. I have been offered to buy a used set of irons by Titlest (DTI) I believe. They feel pretty good but I think your answer suggested something else for people who shoot around 95-100. I know the people trying to sell my the clubs just want to sell their clubs, so I really need some guidance.

Whenever i play golf, i get a water blister on my thumb of my right hand. i know its not supposed to be there beacuse i cant put too much presser on my right hand..(i'm right handed)..but somehow its gets there. I tried poping, but afterwords it really starts to hurt when you touch it (especially cuz its on my right hand thumb) and it looks NASTY. I was wondering if there are any things i could try to avoid getting a water blister..or how to get rid of it without the pain and the nasty scar. Thanks!

I've seen them advertised on the Golf Channel and wonder if they actually work or are they a well advertised waste of money.Your comments would be appreciated.

I'm going on vacation again this year to Ireland. My cousin who is an asst. pro at The K-Club has arranged for us to play with Padraig Harrington and his caddy. He is friends with Paddy's caddy and the last time I was there I got to meet him but we didn't play. What would be a good gift to get him. Also, should I bring something for Padraig and his caddy. I'm not even going to have to pay a green fee. (Pretty cool eh!)

I have great aim but for some reason, the ball just doesn't seem to stop on pitch/chip type of shots. Am I supposed to hit the ball on the inside of the club or something? help!

sucking at things sucks, but seriiously yoru never going to be good by going out on the course, just confine urself to a driving range and practice green until you know where the ball is going to go

if not just do all us good people a favor and go back to watchin tv and sayin ur going to get good

oh yeah im a plus 2 handicap and for most of you you dont even know what that means.. it means i ave about 2 under par

and yes i will take on challenges

The shaft fits me well. as well as the flex. oh yeah and my driver has 10 degrees of loft. Theres the one hole where theres water 100 yards out and alway find myself in i or slowed down by it. HELP!

I read somewhere that even as a kid he was perfectionist and couldn't accept hitting a bad shot. He would usually take his anger out on the clubs and sometimes didn't shake hands after losing to adults.

Most long-term golf addicts dream of being able to play or practice all day and every day. At 63, I am retired and "living my dream" but find my skill level fluctuates daily. No amount of lessons or practice brings me the consistancy I desire - in fact, a practice period on the range is sometimes followed by my worst score of the week! My 10 handicap is the same now as it was when I was working full time and playing only one round a week!
Do you find there is an optimum number of rounds per week that gives you your best results?
How would you share your time between practice and playing if were approaching a major competition?
