i hit my driver around 300+, 3 wood around 250-270, and 5 wood around 230-240...i dotn have a 7 wood and dont know what an xl is...

I am also a plus handicap

It depends on trajectory, club head speed, ball speed, type of ball, shot type (draw, fade) and the ground (fairway cut short, long, etc)

You dont need to swing hard to hit the ball far either so dont try and kill it, just make good contact

If you hit a draw it usually makes the ball go farther bc you get extra roll while a fade stops faster.

How long do you hit your other clubs? What's your 150 club? What's your 200 club?

it depends on YOU hit them at the range ALOT and you will know how far you can hit them
