This is an interesting and difficult question. I cannot find information on Internet.
Hope someone in the family can help. I think her father was in the mining business. Since there is probably no mine in Bangkok, my guess is she is probably not from Bangkok.
Choke Dee (good luck).

Bangkok is the main city and capital of Thailand. Bangkok is the "melting pot" for Thai people. What this means is that people from the countrysides all over Thailand comes to Bangkok for jobs, higher education, etc.. So any person you meet in Bangkok is in most cases not originally from Bangkok, but from the provinces.

Woods' mother, Kultida Woods, is originally from Thailand, and is of mixed Thai (50 percent), Chinese (25 percent), and Dutch (25 percent) ancestry.

Her maiden name is Kultida Punsawad.

*** Please note ***

There is no source to show that she was BORN in Bangkok, so be wary of any such answer without a source.

She met Tiger's father as a receptionist while he was stationed in Bangkok.

I could not find ANYTHING about her or her family.
I could not even find her date of birth.

Sorry.
