Defence should be responsible..
defence move forward unnesasaryly some time and the result is off side-that is unfair.
what the hell is unfair of been OFF SIDE because both teams are having 11players on field..
now its time to add this old rule of OFF-SIDE to history. and surely game will be more exciting

Is anyone else having more interesting than usual World Cup experience by having a partner who supports a rival team?
She supported England against Sweden so that if by some fluke Germany meet and beat England in the final, the English media will stop banging on about "66" once and for all.
Hate to admit it but, Valid point !

It's obvious this is what FIFA wants. There is simply just too much of a political overtone for my liking in the world game today to have any reason to believe otherwise, but I do hope I'm wrong, although I am sure I am not. I doesn't concern me that the group games are being played at the same time; that means little to me in retrospect, thus I am sticking to my conclusion, and at best, the match will end in a draw, if not an Australian win.

Lack of 2nd half scoring - overcome twice in this tournament so far.

Qualifying without a struggle in the last group game - sorted after meeting T&T.

Everything comes in threes - could it be that sweden will beat Germany, Argentina, & whoever they meet in the semis, so that England meet sweden in the final & break the jinx of being unable to beat sweden?

I know that there are 32 teams in the World Cup finals, but I was wondering about the number of teams that compete to make it to that point. I think it is over 100.

It seems like america is the only country where soccer is not the number one sport. why can't americans see how interesting soccer is to watch. Soccer is the only sport where i don't fall asleep. some people think that the scoring is too low but that is what makes the games exciting and especially when they come at a suprise. A lot of people in the Usa watch soccer but they come from different countries. I hardly ever see any american really into soccer.

We all know that the France game tomarrow could be Zidane's last, and now he can't play in it. Do you think that he deserved the red card?
