What do you think about the following sugestions to be introduced in soccer before world cup 2010? Personally, I think FIFA doesn't know what he is doing.

1. Own goals will no longer count.
2. If a ball hits the goal post and the ball goes in, the goal will not cout.
3. Two referees will oficiate the match. This means, there will be two referees on the field of play.
4. No cameras will be allowed in the venue where the match is to be played.
5. Spectators are not allowed to make any noise.
6. A player who gets a card will have to leave the field of play immediately, and if he tries to argue ~ he misses the next match.
7. The won't be any red cards. A yellow card is enough to send the player off the field.
8. A goalkeeper can handle the ball anywhere in the field, but he cannot score it with his hands to the opponents ' net.
9. Penalties count for two goals.
10. And finally, a draw no longer counts 1point, but two ~ and a loss means you owe points (i.e. -1 point)

Both Italy v USA and Netherlands v Portugal were shameful displays of poor sportsmanship and the referees should be supported instead of made into the scapegoats. I can understand a fan objecting to the officiating but I think its also shameful that FIFA itself seems to be joining the bandwagon and not supporting its own referees. Tsk Tsk

The penalty in the last seconds of Australia's game against Italy seems dubious but as I am not sure of all the rules concerning penalties I may be incorrect.
