I read this morning that Manu is no longer the second richest team in football. They have replaced by Barca, I am so happy that the Glazer investment has lost money.

Obviously I'm biased so I predict my team Walsall will win the title with the Monkey Hangers and MK Dongs getting the other two automatic places.

I think Stockport might win the pla-offs

Well what a disgrace, apart from Woodgate, Neville and Gerrard, the rest just as well have stayed at home. Give Gerrard the captancy now and build the team around him not JT. How many games has McClaren now been in charge of? how many were friendlies? how many for real? How many have we lost? how many have we won. To tell you the truth, I lost interest since the world cup, and thats seems wise to me based on last nights performance.

Do any of you by the excuse that england lost yesterday because they were missing key players?

I thought before the world cup you said England had "talent in abundance"

So what's going on, do you have talent in abundance or just a few good players?

If you have talent in abundance then surely you can make two england line ups that could win international games against the big teams.

Or is it just that some people got over exicted and hyped the team up to a level that no group of players could never really match?

Another lack lustre and crap performance, in every position they were cr@p. Why do we bother, how come an 18 year old player from Man City made 11 established internationals look poor. On another note why was Barton only put on for 15 minutes - he was another one that had an immediate effect, along with Downing and Barry. Why don't we just pick a 'B' side for the fun of it and see if they can do better than the current sack of shites

Both are midfielders, they are great players but put together, they have failed to perform. So who should be in the team?

If you were watching the cricket last night, you woud understand my concern. Yet another power failure during an international game. But thats not the only problem, the stadiums are no where near finished. The grass along needs 2 years to cure. And what about all the money that keeps dissapearing? And the Gautrain behind schedual. I dont think 2010 will happen for us. And then what. Cival war because it didnt work out and nobody did anything about it?

A player from the attacking team stands over the ball, with a foot on the ball. THe referee blows his whistle to signal the restart of play. When does the defending team have the right to run and take the ball? In my opinion, as soon as the whistle is blown, the player with his foot on the ball has touched the ball and moved it, causing it to be in play. Otherwise, a second attacking player could run in and blast the ball just as if it were a direct free kick, making an indirect free kick pointless.
