Another lack lustre and crap performance, in every position they were cr@p. Why do we bother, how come an 18 year old player from Man City made 11 established internationals look poor. On another note why was Barton only put on for 15 minutes - he was another one that had an immediate effect, along with Downing and Barry. Why don't we just pick a 'B' side for the fun of it and see if they can do better than the current sack of shites

I thought Kieran Dyer played well. He did well on the attack, had lot of chances, but just couldn't get the goal. I think with some experience he'll be a great attacking force for the up-and-coming England squad.

Then there was Downing. I thought he did well after he was put in...He probably should've been put in earlier in the match. Lamps was just not on top of the corners that night, and I think Downing could've definitely produced an adequate cross that could've resulted in a goal. They had a lot of opportunities with set pieces, but Crouch kept screwing them up. But I think if Crouch would've gotten a good ball, he could've gotten a nice header in their somewhere. That goal though that he missed, AH! I think though what he was trying to do was cross it to Dyer. Oh well.

err..that WAS a B side! There were at least eight regular first choice players who were not available, so it was ineveitably a very weak team. Richards looked busy and ran around a lot but to no great effect and didn't achieve anything. Gerrard was easily the best player in the side and the only one who looked interested...Lampard especially was a disgrace.

About time someone answered a question honestly instead of ***** footing around chelski players, well done the answer before mine. I could not understand why the manager took Stevie G off and left lampard on, LAMPARD WAS RUBBISH.

Someone please shoot whoever suggested putting Carrick in the squad, what a pile of s**te!! I think Woodgate was the most promising player. Micah Richards was running alot, but I think he was perhaps a little too eager to impress.
