Italy are not up to much, Portugal are a disgrace to the tournament, They have worked out how to foul and get away with it,Ronaldo is a cheat hence the reason I do not want them to win, I would like to see Germany or France win now England are out, Who would you like to see win??

its embarrassing. We have only ever been in one final and two semi-finals.
How can we justify calling ourselves a world football power when we are not
We have become all too big for our boots, and yet we have got nothing to shout about because we have done nothing. This is what annoys me.
We have no right to be as confident or arrogant about our football as we are. It has been not been anywhere near good enough.

i also think its no coincidence that the one player that scored from
the penalty spot was a player that plays in german league and not in the english league what does that say about our training methods. what do you think

Didn't they used to have a fair play award in the world cup? Is it going to be awarded this year? It would be a good idea considering all the cards we've seen.

How do you explain then that ALL English players were crying profusely after Ronaldo knocked the killer-GOAL yesterday ? You cannot out of spite say he is a cry baby and then OVERLOOK English players tears yesterday. Agree ?

Do you think it was right to take out Riquelme during the middle of the game. Was it correct bringing cambiasso instead of Saviola/Messi. If Pekeman knew that the game was getting into penalties, was it right for him to leave out the strikers? Was it good enough bringin out Julio Cruz at a time like that when Argentina was in trouble? As an Argentinian fan it was annoying playin in Germany. Everytime, Argentina had ball possesion, the crowd starts booing. Do you think Klose deserved a yellow card for tackling the goalkeeper and changing the game. Maybe Argentina could've won if the Goalkeeper wasn't injured.

Becks has finally relinquished his captaincy but who will replace him? Im pretty sure McClaren or whoever will not have to automatically pick a deputy like Michael Owen who is off-the-boil anyway but i have my money on John Terry!
What about you?

And for the record why didnt Sven take Bent (premier top scorer 05/06) or Defoe instead of seemingly-permenantly-not yet-match-fit Owen, or Walcott whom he dint paly above 10mins, for extra strike power upfront?

I'm tired of reading comments calling the Portuguese cheaters. We played half of our games with one or two less players because of unfair bookings. Rooney? He just put his foot were his head was. Go cry somewhere else. Portugal will win the Cup.
