Poor guy didnt score once for his country not even penalty. What was the coach thinking letting him try in any case...

he seriously needs help!!!
i cant believe on how he performed. he scores the most goals in the qualifiers. and if you guys an EPL fan, you probably know that he's among the top scorer in EPL too! and yet he scores like NONE. everytime i watched England's game, i wish for him to score. well, despite the reputation, he juz loves the goalie. he juz love to shoot at the goalie! i juz don't get it.

that you have to ask sven. lampard didn't shine as he always do with chelsea. he did have shots on goal but shots on goal is not the same as a goal. i think sven was influenced by the success of chelsea in which lampard played some role, but sven also forgot that chelsea are a bunch of very good players trained by a dictator, of which sven is not. and england are also not a bunch of very good players.

When a player of Lampards calibre steps up to the spot,no one expects him to miss... It happens though,unfortunately it happened at the worst of times for Frank...

He's a good,hard working player,just a pity he doesn't know where the goal is. He had so many shots at it,more than any other player in the world cup, sadly they all missed!!

he didn't score, but i was sure he will score on penalties. he was the last player in the world that i would think of missing a penalty. i can't explain it

i still think lampard is a good player, but i think he has had a really long season and i feel he is just tired and needs a break.

He is a good player, but he could not do anything to help England win. He'll shine when he goes back to Chelsea.
