Portugal are a disgrace, they are dirty,they have worked out the art of fouling, and a disgrace to the tournament, I hope France or Germany take the cup now, I hope to Ronaldo gets his desserts..smarmy ******* comes to mind

I don't hate Portugal but I hate their style, I like fairplay, it's a game, they do not deserve to win.....France, Germany are a credit to the game

Yes didn't he do well! More to the point,WHAT did the England team get from his management? I think nothing! I also agree with you on Crouch,strange descision,but then playing Rooney as a loan striker,with no back-up what-so-ever,was also strange! How was he expected to score,he spent most of his time chasing after the ball,then getting fouled,instead of being in the right position ready to strike?Sven going? HOORAY!!

No one in the top bracket of professional football is short of money these days, and they are all laughing all the way to the bank. Sven Goran Eriksson is no exception.
I never understood why he was chosen in the first place. He was not that exceptional, and was there really no English footballer of renown prepared to take the job? If so, the tabloid press has a lot to answer for. But they also did very well out of the 5 1/2 years of scandal-prone Eriksson and celebrity boy Beckham at the top.

Getting rid of Steve Mac should be next... Clean out the house and get the right guy in there?
Maybe even Scolari would accept the job now..

Yes, he must be. To me he is Useless, he & England both or non-competent. I really cant understand why people put so much faith in English camp, even Togo, Trinidad, Tunisia played better then.
They (England) did not deserve to play at such a high stage, whereas they are only 2nd rated games, good only for 2nd division.

The FA are foolish enough to pay the money. I can see why they went for Scolari, and can see why he didn't go for England. Until England get it out of their heads that they are going to win the world cup. Which they quite obviously cheated to win in 66, they'll continue to pay too much to their manager. England expects???? what??? Are they pregnant???
