The only time in my life where I felt certain that the Engand was going to win a major international sporting tournament was in the 2003 Rugby World Cup. Why do the English seem to have an attitude that says "I will try to save the game" rather than "I will win the game"?

I've watched almost all the games during the eliminations period except for Japan v Brazil, and in my opinion, there had been too many "uncalled for" calls by the referees, some of them seriously affecting the flow of the game.

I just heard a Ghanaian fan say that no matter the outcome of our match against Brazil on Tuesday that will be our last match in Germany.For him If even we beat Brazil that there would be no reason to continue the tournament because beating Brazil would make Ghana the new world champions.Of course he is kidding and that is not possible but what do u think of that idea.ie deciding not to continue with the tournament after beating Brazil. And just so you know most Ghanaians believed we were going to meet Brazil at this stage when the draw for the world cup was done last year.

4 years is such a long period of time and most of the players can’t make it to the next world cup. The world cup hold for only 1 month I find it very hard and frustrated for some of the national teams depending on their position and they put so much effort on very short period of time...
