Ghana will go home after the Brazil match on Tuesday?

I just heard a Ghanaian fan say that no matter the outcome of our match against Brazil on Tuesday that will be our last match in Germany.For him If even we beat Brazil that there would be no reason to continue the tournament because beating Brazil would make Ghana the new world champions.Of course he is kidding and that is not possible but what do u think of that idea.ie deciding not to continue with the tournament after beating Brazil. And just so you know most Ghanaians believed we were going to meet Brazil at this stage when the draw for the world cup was done last year.

It going to be a very tuff game....we'll just have to wait and see because after watching all the games in the world cup, i have com to a conclusion to expect the unexpected. The obvious of who is going to win isnt always going to obvious in the modern game of football. Therefore who will wait until the game has come into play.

First of all, does Ghana still has enough healthy players left for the match with Brazil? I saw 3 or 4 of them writhing on the field in complete pain and agony yesterday and I'm sure they must still be in the hospital recovering. But even if they have miraculous recoveries, Brazil seems to have woken up after being a goal down to the Japanese so I think Ghana will end what was a great run on Tuesday.

Oh, Brazil will probably win. But Ghana has been doing a great job so far. If they're going to have to leave, then I hope they really make Brazil play as well as they can, and make this an interesting match. Not just one of those where we sit there and watch Brazil score every three minutes. Games are becoming more predictable now that teams are really starting to play well together.

All games MUST be played. If a team quits, well, will be very bad because will be punished very hard. For example, will be banned on next WC tournaments, even banned in any international tournament for long time. Or just its membership to the FIFA will be canceled, and that implies banned for all international games for life.

On the other side, for every match a team plays FIFA pays 800.000 dollars (actually 2.2 million swiss francs). And beating Brazil will not make them the world champions. So, nobody will return to Ghana. Too much to lost if they leave.

Expect it to be tough.Ghanaians will go all out with their heart.Ghana has got nothing to hide or protect.The brazilians have got the bigs guns and name to protect.
