When I look at the scores of the matches, there is another set of numbers in parentheses next to the actual score. For example, the USA/CZE score was listed as 0:3 (0:2). What does the 0:2 mean?

Almost all the nations call it football, why is it called Soccer in US and some few other countries?
Football is called football because it is played with foot and carried around as in case of Rugby?
Even the federation is FIFA and not FISA
