Best FOOTBALL player! The sport is FOOTBALL because you kick the ball with you FEET! American's didn't invent the sport the English did and we called it FOOTBALL not soccer. Get the name right before you ask anything else.

In England its hard to choose because they are all good but probably Beckham on popular opinion but Lampard, Gerrard, Rooney, etc are all good in different area's.
English players aren't second rate so Come on England!
