So there doing a renovation on the Big House so it will include box and club seats totaling about 3500 to 5000 seats but doing so will ultimatly take away 10,000 seats. this would make the stadium no longer the record holder for largest american football venue. Also the stadium has had over 100k fans at every game since the 70's.....which may no longer happen....Whats the deal?

If you had a crystal ball ( ESPN ) and could foresee this NFL year, who is going to be this years Marquis Colston? I'd like to hear some opinions ( educated guesses ) on which rookies are going to surprise us.

I know they started in NYC but when Oakland moved to LA they changed their name. There is the New Jersey Nets in the NBA. Is this just another example of New York being screwed up?

I'd personally say Baltimore. While New England is the obvious favorite to win it all, Baltimore has the most dominant defense in the NFL, an easy schedule early on, and many similarities with last year's Bears (except they don't have a black hole at QB) and with the 85 Bears. If they get through Monday's game at Cincy, they'll be 7-0 going into Pittsburgh in Week 9 on Monday Night after their bye (they definitely can beat the Jets, Rams, 49ers, Cardinals, Bills, and Browns). If they get through their Pittsburgh, Cincy, and Cleveland, they'll be 10-0 going into their toughest stretch (San Diego, New England, and Indy). If they get through that, they've got Miami and Seattle, which they should win to be 15-0. Then they've got Pittsburgh at home for the perfect season.

Their schedule is soft enough that they have a chance to do it and their offense has the talent to be one of the top 5 in the NFL.

Who do you think is most likely to have a perfect season?

Hey, I watch the game, played the game at a D-1a level, but in no way am I obsessed with the game like some people are in America. Some people are just crazy for football, live and die for this game. Completely consumed....it's sad. Examples are everywhere. People CRYING, showing geniune anger/hatred when Michigan lost to App. State. It's like their world ended. Ohio State fans buying App. State gear just to bask in Michigan's humiliation. WOW, it's a freaking game. It is pathetic to see where some of the population extends their passion and loyalties at such a level. Why?? I have a few ideas, but what do you think?
