Im going to say Chris Carter, reason being Rice has had 2 QB's most of his career, young and Montana.
Carter had
1.Culpepper
2. George
3.Cunninham
4.Johnson
5. Moon
6. McMahon
7. Gannon
8. Wilson
9. Kramer
10. Fiedler
ok, now put rice in carters spot who's the best now, give carter Montana and Young.
Point being is as a player carter is ahead of rice, deeper threat, more aggresive, and agility and jumping abiltiy.

if a quarter back does a forward lateral in jr. high, will his reputation get ruined?
also when does a quarter back throw a ball backwards?
is it because he has no space to run or is it an illegal play?
cause this dumb guy we played against, he was going for the run when he saw his reciever wide open. He was running and he threw the ball forwards, i ran after the reciever and intercepted the ball. the referee called a turnover and it was our ball. Our scores were 62 to 38his team was so mad because he threw that forward lateral. (i play quarter back) I love it when stupid people do stupid things!^.^ My football finals are coming up and we are playing against the washington D.C's white stallions noble name but not enough to scare or win us.

How high will Rutgers go if they run the table. I think they can definately be number 8 or 7 after this game, but if they run the table do can they get into that 5 spot. Anything less is quite disrespectful.

I'm a huge college football fan but now a huge fan of Rutgers or Louisville. However. . . this is why college football rules!!! What an awesome game!!! Great game. . great setting, great crowd. . . TOTALLY AWESOME!!!! You can keep the watered down pool of mediaocrity that is the NFL! ALL the REAL football is played on saturdays and thursday nights!!! WHOO HOOOO!
