Neither. I would put in another team like maybe Cal, Texas, or even the winner of the SEC Championship game. Rutgers still has West Virginia to play-a game I think they'll lose. The best of the Big East isn't really ready yet for the big-time. They aren't complete teams right now. They don't play the "big dogs" all year long, but since they are competitive, can "boost" their standings.

Either way, it's a tough decision. I pick Florida or Texas.

Besides, going undefeated in the BCS doesn't mean you'll play for a national championship. Two years ago, Auburn, Boise St., and Utah were all undefeated, but they didn't get to play. USC beat OK in the championship. In fact, Boise State may be undefeated again this year.

I'm a Boise State alum, but I know that they aren't ready for a national championship game. I do hope they will make it into the top 12, so they get to play a BCS game.....probably against the winner of the Big East. Two tough games left, though.

Rutgers played a great 2nd half tonight, but no team from the Big East is deserving of playing in the national championship. Rutgers still has to go play at WVU and they will probably lose that game. Not sure how the determine the conference champ, if all three schools have 1 loss against each other.

I think the winner of the OSU/Michigan game should play against
1. Texas, if they win out
2. Florida, if they win out
3. California/USC, if they win out
4. Michigan, if the Big 12, SEC or PAC10 champ has 2 loses.

As it stands right now, it might be Florida. If OSU narrowly beat MI, or vice versa, It seems possible that the two could be rematched. The problem is, of course, that late season wins seem to hurt more than early ones, so FL and TX have the advantage there. FL is ranked higher than TX in the BCS, so they hold the cards.

IMO, though, OSU losing to MI, or vice versa, shouldn't change the rankings on top, unless one completely blows out the other by 30+ pts, which isn't going to happen, no matter how many irrational OSU fans there are out there :-)

It certainly won't be Rutgers. They beat Louisville, but they don't have the strength of schedule to move them up to No. 3. Louisville will see a larger effect from their loss than Rutgers from their win. I would expect to see Rutgers move up to around no. 8 at most.

This is a very tough question to answer knowing the history of the BCS system. I think that maybe Texas or Auburn could sneak in the title game or it could be a rematch of OSU and Michigan.

I'd put Rutgers in

I think its totally unfair that an undefeated team can be left out of the championship. I mean They won ALL their games what more can they do

plus the championship is only one game anything can happen
look at Oregon State beating USC

These questions are the major reason I can't follow college football.
My answer is, who cares?
College Football does not have a playoff system, and I consider your sport to be a joke.
Imagine if college basketball didn't have a playoff system. Villanova would never have beaten Georgetown. They would have just handed the trophy to Gtown.
I want to see the top teams "play" for the championship. Not some BS BCS system, or a bunch of assola clowns voting.
Sad and pathetic!

Why would there be a rematch when OSU blows out MICH?
A rematch would be more likely if the game is very close.
IF OSU dominates then they'll play Florida.

I would go OSU vs. The University of Minnesota.

It would be a great rematch as their last game was very close as OSU barely squiked by 44-0.

English has lots of one of those element. The shorter the verb, the lots extra possibly it is to be of German extraction, and subsequently possibly for use with a preposition to furnish a sort of distinctive meanings. positioned, take, provide, make, run, flow, come, sit down ... it is component of what makes English so very versatile, yet this form of nightmare for foreigners discovering it.
