For the vast majority of you, you haven't really gotten into boxing, but have likely sampled boxing movies. Why are they making movies about a sport nobody cares about anyway? Why are you watching them?

With the heavyweight champions being all big, unstable men, is a small man (220 and under) ever going to be dominate again? Can a Tyson/Holyfield/Ali/Louis type take them apart and stay on top. Or do the divisions' weights need to accomodate a Super Heavyweight title? If there is a prospect who can, who is it?

Muhammad Ali had beaten George Forman 1 year ago, Apollo Creed defended against Rocky Balboa (who later dominated the sport and became a 2 time champion with a 10 defenses)1 year later. Creed 40-0 v.s. Ali 46-2. Ali was never the same after '75, slowing rapidly (ala Holyfield), while Creed in '75 would have been sharp still leading into Rocky 1. Plus, in the seen where Creed first takes notice of Balboa, it is stated that nobody will fight him. During the first Creed-Balboa fight, he accuses Joe Frazier of ducking him. I know it's make believe, and depending on the movie, Sly can take over whole countries with a knife and a red rag on your head. Just wondering what you all thought about it.

Who would win this fight if both fighters were in their prime?
Think back to when Mosley was dominating the lightweight/ welterweight classes. I think Shane was the better puncher with Floyd being the better defensive fighter... speed being a toss up between the two. Who do you think would win?
