By far with out any question the hardest puncher in boxing was Rocky marciano. He had the best short punch in boxing history, although in todays fights his record would not have been so great because he took so much punishment in his fights. the docs and refs would stop the fight now.

Pound for pound, Manny Pacquio. He hits so hard that his trainer have to change his sparring partner every week or two due to them getting iniuried.

Hardest puncher ever, probably Rocky Marciano. He literally knock people off their feet and upward into the air.

man back in the day, I used to watch Ernie Shavers and he could hit like a brick in a slingshot.......if he got you ...it was over......so between him and George Foreman you have two Knock-out Gods.....keep in mind that Geroge was still knocking them out at 45 years of age.....

Smokin Joe Frazier. That uppercut he had could crack someones skull if they weren't ready for it.
