I think ALI in his prime would have outlasted
TYSON beat him in the later rounds.Noone
gave Ali credit for the punishment He could
take - remember FOREMAN was knocking
Everybody head off,but ALI found a way to
beat him,and don't forgert the the FRAZIER
fight The Thrilla in Mannila being the last of
the trilogy - He would have found a way to
defeat TYSON.

Tyson may have been stronger then Ali in his prime, but Ali was smarter. In boxing, you need more then strength, you also need brains and we all know what an idiot Tyson is and was. Ali knew how to box as well as how to use the gifts that were given to him as a boxer. Ali would have moved and jabbed while Tyson would have missed, get clumsy, and tire out in the final rounds. Then Ali would have given Tyson the beatings he would normally get when his fights lasted late into the fight.

Ali would have beaten tyson on tysons best day if Ali was half way on his death bed. I got no respect for that brawler tyson. The only good thing he ever did was contribute a great quote about boxing. He said everyone has a plan until they get hit. What set Ali apart was that he kept that plan after the hit something tyson could never understand.

Thats a tough one. Ali probably could take tyson down, by wearing tyson down with his speed dancing around the ring like he did in most of his fights. and the fact that he could mess with the mind of his opponent. Mike Tyson is not quick, but is very powerful. If Ali made just one little mistake, tyson would capitalize on it and take him down. But its hard to say. Well Ali in his prime, 9 times out of 10 would win. From the last fights Tyson has fought in, he wasn't fighting like his usual self. More like Peter McNeely.

Ali would have taken Tyson's best shot and then whipped him even worse than Buster Douglas did.... Ali may have had the best chin of any of the great Heavyweight champs.... if you can go the distance with a broken jaw like Ali did against Norton -- Tyson isn't going to hurt him at all...

Before Tyson's trainer passed no one could touch him. I think Tyson in his prime would've beat Ali early in a fight.

Yes, Tyson was beaten by Mr. Nobody and twice by girls and sent to jail. Ali is the greatest.

Anyone who says Tyson would win is living in a crack pipe. Tyson was dynamite, and unchallenged, until Douglas stood up to him, Holyfield stood up to him, Lennox stood up to him, Williams stood up to him, McBride stood up to him... do we see a pattern here? Do you think Ali would be scared like Spinks? I think Ali could, and would stand up to him, ask Liston, Shavers, Fraizer, Norton, and Foreman.
