If you say one thing about Kobe that they don't like they'll go off on you & curse you out like how Kobe goes off on the refs. I think you Kobe fans shouldn't get mad at us, you should get mad at Kobe. He's the one giving us 1000 reasons to trash talk him. He's the one who's letting you guys down. I didn't tell Kobe to go around smacking white guys, keeping his team barley over .500, getting blowed out by Dallas, getting accused for rape, confessing that he's an adulter, not passing the ball to his teammates, attacking fans, & etc. We bring that up because Kobe constantly do them things. He's the one whose letting you guys down. Not us!

Should Marion claim a Defensive Player of the Year award?


he hasnt been ever mentioned a Defensive First or Second teamer which is interesting considering his stats. Let me present my 2 cases....


Case 1: At the moment he is averaging 2 steals and 1.6 blocks per game. great numbers for someone who is only 6'7. Case 2: A lot of people are saying Dirk deserves MVP. Dirk is shooting over 50% this year. in the 3 games they played this year Marion defended him into....

(game 3)56 mins - 11/28FG and 3 turnovers - Suns win
(game 2)40 mins - 8/20FG and 2 turnovers - Mavs win
(game 1)43 mins - 11/19FG and 4 turnovers - Mavs win

The numbers may not stand out to you, but a 6'7 player holding a 7 footer to these numbers is pretty amazing. this of course is just on case against the best player in the L. lets not forget Marion's work on other key offensive players also. Does Marion deserve DP of the Year? How about at the very least a first team selection???
