9,223,372,036,854,775,808 to 1

That translates to a little over nine quintillion to one.

Figuratively speaking, for those who don't know just how much quintillion is, the number sequence goes: thousand, million, billion, trillion, quadrillion, THEN quintillion.

So I think it's fair to suggest, your chances of getting a perfect bracket really are slim to none.

The answer to this question is very simple. If bracket is picked completely at random then it's .5(50% chance) to the power of number of games in the brackett (63). The result is 1.08 e-19, so 1/x gives you a 1 in about 9,200,000,000,000,000,000. But since top seeds usually win and you may have some knowledge of the game, if you were to fill out 1 million brackets you would still not get one all right.

I heard that if every single person in the entire world filled out a bracket the odds of getting just 1 perfect would still be over 100 to 1.

The guy who saiD it was .5 to the power the # of games is right. His aswer though is wrong because he took .5 to the power of the # OF TEAMS.

odds=.5 to the 32nd power (plus .5 if you count the play-in )
