does any one now any drill that i can do alon, i go to the park every day and practice alone and i have goten a lot better but i am runnigout of stuff to do, a practice layups shoting fast brakes, i run like a mile i do suisides i do jumping exsersises and more, but i need more stuff to help me more. thank you

how much trouble can somebody get into if they tried to join a youth basketball league for 14yr olds and this is hmm mayb a 19 yr old who looks kinda like 14-ish and is going to use thier friends birth certifcate who happens to be 14 to verify age on registration.

I am probably a 5'11 and I play post for my freshman basketball team. I realize that I'm not going to get taller than 6'3. How do Improve my ball handling, shooting, conditioning and drop some weight? Also how do I get quicker and Improve my vertical(I could throw it down if I could palm the ball but i cant so i need a couple inches).

This question may seem dumb. I play varsity basketball. I started out the season great but as it is coming to a close I have not been performing as well. I was averaging 18 points a game which dropped to five for the past 4 games. This happens every year at the end of the season. I was just wondering if anyone else has had this problem? If so what did you do to get out of the slump? I am looking to play small college ball and this doesnt help it much. It is not because I am physically tired I am just not able to figure out what is up.

im in high school and im thinking of what college would be better for my basketball ucla or cal state fullerton which one would make me better
