There's those who think that he's a rapist, those that think that he's an adulterous bastard, and those that think he's the reason for the break-up of the dynasty.
Unfortunately Kobe will never win the hearts of the groups of the first 2, as for the third, until Kobe wins one without Shaq, he'll never win the hearts of those fans.
As for me I'm a Laker fan for life, that means a Kobe fan too.

They are 2 possible answers:
1.) Some people say that Kobe is a rapist
2.) They blame Kobe when Shaq left the Los Angeles Lakers to transfer to Miami Heat.
But I am a huge Laker fan because of Kobe Bryant. Remember when Kobe Bryant scores 81 points in a single game, it is the second highest by far, next to Wilt's 100 points.

He lacks charisma. He's not as bad as Bonds or anything, but doesn't have the personal appeal that Shaq or Lebron has. Some of the things he says about others in the league including his own teammates are off-point and overly critical. He is an incredibly talented, if not the most talented in the NBA, but until he can learn some tact and better craft his social skills, he'll continue to rub people the wrong way at times. I love Kobe for his talent, but often scratch my head over some of the things he says.

Why don't we ask the rest of the NBA players this one? I truly don't think Kobe has any friends in the NBA. You see D-wade, LeBron and Carmelo always doing interviews together. And Shaq, Garnett and Duncan will kid around with each other. Even Iverson will be seen joking around with other stars. But Kobe??? Has he even EVER volunteered to represent America in basketball???? No. Why not??? Because he cares only about Kobe.

I guess a lot of people still can't forget the season in which Shaq left for Miami and Phil Jackson resigned as the head coach of LA. Many thought of him as being selfish and at the same time caused the dissolution of a great championship caliber team. Until such time he can bring the glory back to LA many would like and dislike him. He just needs to play his game all the time and prove people wrong. Anyway, you can't please everybody right.

I like Kobe. Some people might hate him because he and Shaq aren't teammates any more. They might blame Kobe for the rift. Kobe has stated he would do it over if he had a chance. You can't blame just Kobe

I don't hate on Kobe. In fact, I named a black Silkie rooster after him.
I doubt he'd be too flattered by that, but the little bugger can really JUMP!

He's a great player no doubt; but their are many great players, he's arrogant ant that loses you fans. Steve Nash is a great player, Manu Ginobili and Dwayne Wade are as well, known more than anything else for unselfish play.

no hatred here, i love Kobe, usually people hate great players on a good team especially when its them who they will face.so bottomline is ,people who hate him just can't accept the fact that Kobe is great, and will become greater.

because he's still an asshole. it's the same reason people still hate T.O. and Bonds, they are very talented, incredibly self-absorbed athletes. kobe just plays the media game better. just because kobe is playing great doesn't make him a better person
